Broccoli arrostiti (Italian)
Serves 4
Preheat the oven to 400F (205C)

3 medium organic broccoli crowns, cut into florets
2 Tbs. (30 ml) olive oil
4 thinly sliced organic garlic cloves
zest of 1 organic lemon
1 tsp. (5 g) each: grill seasoning of your choice and minces shallots
2 Tbs. (15 g) chopped organic sun-dried tomatoes
3-4 Tbs. (30 g) organic almonds or pine nuts, toasted
pinch of black pepper
1/4 cup (45 g) (dairy-free) grated hard cheese or Parmesan cheese

1. Place the broccoli on a large rimmed baking sheet and add the oil, garlic, half of the lemon zest, grill seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes, and black pepper.
2. Toss and arrange in an even layer on the baking sheet.
3. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and the edges.
4. Toss with remains lemon zest, nuts, and cheese while hot.
5. Serve immediately.
