Old standby as a kid but now without the high-fat mayonnaise. The recipe is for sandwiches or as a salad itself.
Serves 4
2 cans of tuna, packed in water or oil, drain
diced organic red pepper(s)
1 diced organic onion
1/2 cup (120 ml) (dairy-free) yogurt
parsley
juice of 2 organic lemons (=4 Tbs./60 ml jar of lemon juice)
(gluten-free) bread, toasted or not
sesame seed
chutney
(dairy-free) cheese
1. Combine all the ingredients except the bread and cheese.
2. Spread on the (toasted) bread.
3. Add the slices of cheese.
