- fire-roasted dice tomatoes

- organic chicken broth
uno 1. Cook the rice in the rice cooker with some turmeric, zaatar, and organic chicken broth instead of water. (I started the rice before knowing what I was going to eat.)
dos 2. Sauté the garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
tres 3. Stir in some mix beans and spices.
cuatro 4. Reduce the heat. Simmer until the rice is done.
cinco 5. Stir in some cheese and some lime juice.
seis 6. Mix some rice with the beans.
