(avocado chickpeas)
15 ounce can (430 g) organic chickpeas (garbañzo beans)
2 ripe organic avocados
3 Tbs. (45 ml) each: organic lime juice and olive oil
1 Tbs. (15 ml) tahini
organic spinach
3 organic garlic cloves
little black pepper to taste
red pepper flakes
1. Blend all ingredients except chili flakes until smooth.
2. Add chili flakes and little olive oil on top.
