Greek feta adds a salty flavor to salads and other dishes. So for our vegan and dairy-free people...

Σπιτική φέτα χωρίς γαλακτοκομικά (Greek)
/spitikí féta chorís galaktokomiká/

1 block of organic extra firm tofu
3 Tbs. (45 ml) olive oil
3 Tbs. (o45 ml) organic lemon juice
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs. (30 g) nutritional yeast (substitutions: white miso paste, brewer's yeast, chickpea flour)
1 tsp. (2 g) onions powder
1/2 tsp. (1 g) each: garlic powder, dried dill, and oregano
1 1/2 tsp. (2,5 g) sea salt
optional: some slice peppers


1. Press the tofu with a heavy object for about 15 minutes.

2. Put the rest of the ingredients in a jar and shake.

3. Slice the tofu into cubes.

4. Add them to the marinade and shake again.
