Arroz mexicano (Spanish)
Serves 3

1 1/2 cups (300 g) organic rice
3 cups (600 g) organic tomatoes sauce

3 organic tomatoes, chopped
1 organic onion, chopped
1 organic garlic clove, chopped
1 Tbs. (15 g) organic tomato paste
2 tsp. (4 g) each: annatto chilli or chili powers and cumin
1 tsp. (2 g) turmeric
organic peas
oil

1. Cook the rice with tomato sauce (instead of water).
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
