Chili powder is made from dried, ground chili peppers and other spices.
Chili seasoning contains a thickening agent (flour) and a blend of spices.
Store-bought seasoning has low-sodium, spicy, and mild blends.
By making your own chili seasoning, you can control the quality of ingredients to taste.
