It freshens bad breath, helps aches, pains, nausea, and protects your cardiovascular health. Add to the beneficials, it is also an anti-inflammatory. 

Makes 1 cup (240 ml)

1 tsp. (5 g) organic grate ginger
1 cup (240 ml) of water
optionals organic: honey or 1 tsp. (5 ml) lime juice

1. Boil the water.
2. Add the ginger and let it sit or 4-5 minutes.
3 Use a strainer to drain the tea as you pour into the cup.
4. Add honey or lime as desired.
