I watched a Public Broadcasting cooking show on Scandinavian cuisine, I checked their website (newscancook.com), but found mostly meat and seafood recipes. Then this berry soup potted up. It makes a great dessert, with any kind of berries. Just add fresh, organic berries from the open market and serve it for your next dinner party or family.-Mike
