A summer favorite, watermelon, plus our favorite cheese, feta, equals a cool summer salad.


Το καρπούζι και φέτα Σαλάτα (Greek)
/to karpoúzi kai féta saláta/
Serves 8

1 seedless watermelon, cut into cubes or scooped with a melon ball
3/4 cups (180 g) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup (60 ml) basil cut into thin slices
optional:
-pinch of sea salt and black pepper
-1 organic lime juice



Combine all and toss.
