Nice way to end a spicy Middle Eastern or North African meal. After a meal in a Turkish restaurant in Metz, France, Judy and Mike enjoyed a glass of mint tea. We asked the owner how he made it. Afterwards, he gave us a huge amount of mint leaves to take with us!
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Add green tea and at least a handful of fresh mint leaves.
3. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Aerate the tea by pouring it between two pots several times.
5. Pour it through a strainer.
6. Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste or even good without any.

We should use our Turkish tea set, but the glasses are too small.
