1 ½ cup (335 g) of long grain rice
1 cup (225 g) wild rice
3 ½ cups (790 g) of water
Bring to boil, turn down to low, 50-55 minutes.
B.
1/3-1/2 cups (75-110 g) of beans per person
1-2 cups (225-250 g) raw greens per person, chopped and steamed 2-5 minutes
C.
1 Tbs. (15 ml) oil per person + rice mixture + greens + salsa + avocado
