Great evening snack or dessert. It is not bad for breakfast either.
Makes 2 bowls

2 cups (455 g) organic frozen berries
2 organic bananas
1/2 cup (120 ml) each: organic (dairy-free) plain yogurt and (dairy-free almond) milk
1 Tbs. (15 ml) chia seeds
granola 
optional: toasted coconut flakes

1. In a blender, purée the berries, bananas, yogurt, chia seeds and milk.
2. Divide the mixture between two bowls and top with the granola and coconut flakes.
