Interesting ingredients makes this potato dish delicious.
Serves 4

1 can organic cream of chicken soup
1 cup (240 ml) organic sour cream or (diary-free) yogurt
2 Tbs. (30 ml) (dairy-free) butter, softened
1 cup (200 g) (dairy-free) cheddar cheese or mix several cheeses
1 pound (455 g) organic potatoes, shred with the skins

1. Combine everything.
2. Put in a slow cooker on Low for about 2-3 hours.
