1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil
organic lemon zest for garnish
juice of three organic lemons
6 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. (100 g) black pepper
2 tsp. (9 g) dried oregano
5 organic potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
