Stuffed mushrooms are great for appetizers or as a side dish.
Adjust the amount of ingredients to the number of people being served.
1. Remove the stems of the organic baby mushrooms. >
2. Sauté them in olive oil, minced garlic and onions.
3. Combine the mixture with a (dairy-free) creamy cheese.
4. Add diced jalapeños or green chilis and chopped organic tomatoes.
5. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
6. Grill over a BBQ or in the oven on medium-high heat four about 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley, thyme, basil, or Italian spices.
