Adjust the amount of ingredients for the number of people.
1. Grill* organic corn on the cob.
2. Slice the kernels into a large bowl.
3. Toss with organic tomatoes cut in half.
4. Add diced organic: cucumbers, avocados, and red onions.
5. Fold in mozzarella balls or dairy-fee goat cheese.
6. Squeeze some organic lemon juice over the top.
7. Top with torn bail leaves.
