Serve with organic radish and organic tortilla chips.
Makes 5 cups

2 organic mangoes, peeled and diced into cubes
1/4 cup (60 ml) organic lime juice
2 Tbs. (15 ml) orange orange juice
1/2 serrano or jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely diced
some chopped cilantro or parsley
1 Tbs. (15 g) minced organic red onion
2 organic avocados, peeled, potted and diced into cubes
1/2 cup (100 g) Cotija cheese* or dairy-free cheese
organic each: whole radishes and tortilla chips

* Cotija cheese is a hard cow's milk cheese from Mexico. Substitute with feta, Parmesan, or Romano cheese.

1. Toss together the diced mangos, lime juice, orange juices and peppers.
2. Add the cilantro/parsley, onions, and avocados. Toss gently until mixed.
3. Serve dip with whole radishes and tortilla chips.

Mango tree can grow to 115-131 feet (35-40 m) tall, radius of 33 ft. (10 m). Some can live for 300 years. It is native to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. There are over 400 varieties of mangoes!
