Avocados are rich in fats that protect the skin cells from UV damage and inflammation, as well as repair DNA. Here are some ways to enjoy organic

  • Add avocados to smoothies.
  • Purée avocados with organic lemon juice and olive oil for a healthy salad dressing.
  • Combine avocado chunks with organic: corn kernels, diced peppers, onions, and lime juice for easy salsa.
  • Try a little paprika or balsamic vinegar on the avocados.
  • Make a cold avocado soup: blend organic: avocados, cucumber, vegetable broth, (dairy-free) yogurt and milk, and onions. Add a little organic lemon juice and chopped mint for extra flavor. Chill overnight and enjoy during a warm afternoon.
  • Ice cream! Yes, blend avocados, coconut milk,lorganic  honey, and little organic lemon juice. For extra flavor, add a ripe organic banana. Freeze overnight.
