Add to any vegetable dish or salad.
Makes a cup (240 ml)
3/4 cup (180 ml) olive oil
3 Tbs. (45 ml) red wine vinegar
2 Tbs. (30 ml) each: Dijon mustard and organic honey
1 tsp. (1,25 g) chopped garlic
black pepper to taste
1. Place all ingredient in a food processor or blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
