Spread it on toast, French bread, artichokes, vegetables, etc.

1/3 cup (65 g) sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil)
2/3 cup (150 g) (dairy-free) butter, softened
1/2 cup (100 g) minced basil
pinch or two of black pepper to taste

1. Put the sun-dried tomatoes in hot water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain and chop.
3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and mix well.
