Since cranberry juice drinks are loaded with sugar, use cranberry concentrates mixed with water or use the whole fruit with these three ways to enjoy cranberries.

Use organic ingredients.


  • Sweeten cranberry juice concentrate with a little honey. Then mix with cherry juice, sparkling water, and squeeze of lime.
  • Chop whole cranberries in a food processor. Combine with minced red onion, mango cubes, cilantro, and squeeze of lime for a zesty salsa.
  • Add chopped cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and garlic to cooked brown rice.
