Time to up grade from just lemon and/or horseradish on our salmon.
Makes about a 1/4 cup (60 ml)

1/4 cup (60 ml) (dairy-free) mayonnaise
1 Tbs. (15 g) chopped shallots
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic lemon juice
2 tsp. (10 ml) Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. (30 g) or 2 tsp. (10 g) parsley

1. Stir all the ingredients together.
2. Serve in a bowl.
