Add the croutons to any soup or salad for additional taste, texture, and nutrients.
Preheat the over to 400F (200C)

1 15-ounce (430 g) can organic chickpeas (garbañzo beans), drained, rinse, and pat dry
2 Tbs. (30 g) red curry paste or 1 Tbs. (15 g) curry powder
1 Tbs. (15 ml) each: olive oil and gluten-free tamari sauce

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, toss all the ingredients.
3. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
4. Roast 30 minutes, stir every 10 minutes util they look toasted.
