1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil
3 Tbs. (45 ml) vinegar
2 Tbs. (30 ml) organic lemon juice
3 tsp. (15 ml) Dijon mustard
2 grated organic garlic
little Himalayan salt and black pepper
