Makes 1 cup (250 g)

A. Blend in a food processor:
¼ cup (60 ml) sun dried tomatoes
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic tomato past or 2 Tbs. (30 ml) organic spaghetti sauce
2 small garlic, chopped
½ cup (120 ml) each organic: cream cheese or plain yogurt
2 Tbs. (30 ml) feta cheese
pinch of black pepper
     &    

B. Fold in:

1 tsp. (5 ml) lemon juice
4 large basil leaves, chopped

C. Use on:

  • bread for sandwich spread
  • vegetable and/or dip
  • on vegetables as a sauce
