Here is a "fondue" without cheese.
Makes ⅔ cups (180 ml)

A. Sauté on low about 15-20 minutes
1 Tbs. (15 ml) olive oil
2 large chopped organic onions

B. Add 3 minced garlic to the onions and cook 1-2 minutes.

C. Stir:
2 Tbs. (30 ml) cornstarch (cornflour, maize starch, maize) into 
2 cups (480 ml) water
and add to the onions

E. Heat to medium and summer 5 minutes,
then stir in 2 Tbs. (30 ml) nutritional yeast 
and remove from the heart

F. Boil:
1 pound (240 g) about 10 fingerling or boiling organic potatoes with a little sea salt for about 5-8 minutes. Then drain. Return to the pot
add ½ cup (120 ml) white wine and summer 5 minutes

G. Cook a ½ cup (120 ml) white wine for a minute,
add to the potatoes to thicken the sauce

H. Mix the onions and potatoes in a bowl. Sprinkle some nutmeg on top.
