Ok, this is an ORIGINAL ALIA RECIPE!!! I came up with this one all on my own experimentation! I fully enjoyed actually eating a good pasta dish with a "creamy" texture to it.
Sauce Ingredients
1 Tbsp (30 ml) of rice flour
1 Tbsp (30 ml) of corn starch
1 cup (240 ml) of almond milk
1/8th cup (30 ml) of Daiya Dairy Free Mozzarella Cheese
oregano, garlic and black pepper sprinkled on top
A handful of organic walnuts
Other
1 bag of Potato and Rice Perogi's from Costco
Directions
Take all of the "sauce" ingredients and add them into a food processor until fully mixed. Pour over the perogi's in a casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes on 350℉ (175℃). I put them in their frozen, but you could cook them first in a pot and cut down the cooking time in the oven.
They were amazing!!
