It has long been used for its antibacterial properties, rich in inflammation and slow the growth of bacteria. 


  • Combine cinnamon sticks, sliced ginger, cardamon pods, and vanilla beans in a pot of water. Simmer for 10 minutes and strain for a caffeine-free chai.
  • Mix cinnamon powder into raw organic honey and coconut oil. Use instead of butter on pancakes or toast.
  • Cook thickly-sliced organic carrots in organic orange juice. Toss with cinnamon, minced garlic and olive oil.
